Currently, Crafty Cookiers specializes in traditional sugar cookies and does not offer gluten-free options. Are are able to provide almond-free cookies for orders of certain sizes. Please reach out for more information.

Orders from our Cookie Shop page require approximately 1 week to bake and get ready for you. This timeline may be extended during Holiday periods. Feel free to reach out prior to placing an order to find out our current turnaround time. You can also place your order ahead of time and simply type your desired pick up day in the comment section at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for pickup, at which point we ask that you reach out to us via email or Instagram to let us know your desired pickup time and day. Holiday Presale pickup time frames are pre-set and listed on the product pages. Custom orders typically require at least 2 weeks notice, but we are often booked several weeks ahead. Please complete our Custom Requests form for a quote and availability. Our cookies freeze well, so if your date is not available, we recommend accepting an earlier date and freezing your cookies. If a rush order is needed, we may be able to accommodate, so please reach out through our Custom Request page if this is the case.
