• Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on your order size. During the checkout process, you'll have the opportunity to review shipping costs before finalizing your purchase. We offer free shipping for orders of $150 and up.
   

• Estimated Delivery Times: Once your order is placed, we'll work diligently to prepare and ship your cookies promptly. We aim to have Cookie Shop orders sent out within one week but delivery times vary; feel free to reach out for an accurate turnaround time for your order. Rest assured, we aim to get your cookies to you as quickly as possible while ensuring they arrive in perfect condition.
   

• Local Pickup: For our valued customers in the Port Elgin area, local pickup is available. Simply select the pickup option during checkout, and we'll coordinate a convenient pickup time with you.

• Local Delivery: We offer contactless delivery within Saugeen Shores for $5.
