What’s the difference between the Cookie Shop and Cookie Club?
The Cookie Shop features ready-to-order cookies and seasonal releases you can purchase whenever available. Cookie Club is our monthly curated box with a fresh theme, rotating flavour, and subscriber pricing.
How should I store my cookies if I won’t be eating them right away?
Cookies are individually heat-sealed for freshness. If you won’t be enjoying them within a week, place them in an airtight container and freeze for up to 3 months. To thaw, leave the closed container on the counter overnight. We don’t recommend refrigerating your cookies.
What’s the shelf life of Crafty Cookiers cookies?
Our cookies are made fresh to order and are best enjoyed within about one week. For longer storage, they can be frozen for up to 3 months without compromising their quality.
How are your cookies packaged?
All cookies are individually heat-sealed to help keep them fresh. For custom orders, you can also request finishing touches such as tulle, twine, ribbon, or custom tags for an additional cost.
How can I stay updated on new designs and promotions?
Follow Crafty Cookiers on Instagram for new designs, seasonal releases, and behind-the-scenes updates. You can also join our email list to be the first to hear about new products, holiday pre-sales, and special offers.
Do you ship custom cookies across Ontario?
Yes, but shipping availability sometimes depends on the order and cookie design. Include your location in your custom inquiry and we’ll let you know the best pickup, delivery, or shipping option.
Do you make every cookie design shown on Instagram?
Yes. Many of our cookies are custom-designed for specific clients and events, but previous work is a great source of inspiration. Send us the designs you love and Alicia can create something tailored to your event.
Ordering & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
Ready-to-order products, PYO cookies, and holiday pre-sales can be purchased online using major credit cards. Custom orders can be paid by credit card or e-transfer.
Can I order cookies for a corporate event or as party favours?
Absolutely. We regularly create cookies for businesses, events, parties, and celebrations. Custom logo cookies, personalized designs, and individually packaged favours are all available.
How do I order Paint Your Own (PYO) cookies?
Visit the Cookie Shop, choose your favourite available PYO design, and add it to your cart.
How far in advance should I order custom cookies?
Custom availability varies throughout the year, especially around holidays and busy event seasons. The earlier you inquire, the better. Send us your event date and details through our Custom Cookie Inquiry form and we’ll confirm availability.
Ingredients & Allergens
What allergens are in your cookies?
Crafty Cookiers cookies contain common ingredients including wheat, eggs, and dairy, and are prepared in a kitchen that also handles nuts. Check individual product listings and the Ingredients page for the most current information.
Are your cookies nut-free?
No. Crafty Cookiers is not a nut-free facility, so cookies may not be suitable for anyone with severe nut allergies.

When are Cookie Club boxes available for pickup or delivery?
Cookie Club boxes are scheduled for the first Thursday of every month. If you need an alternative arrangement, reach out and we’ll see what can be accommodated.
Can I gift a Cookie Club box or subscription?
Absolutely. Cookie Club makes a fun gift for anyone who loves having something sweet to look forward to.
Can I skip a month or cancel my subscription?
Yes. Cookie Club subscriptions are flexible. Changes should be made before the monthly cutoff on the 20th.
Do you offer refunds on Cookie Club boxes?
Because Cookie Club boxes are made specifically for each monthly order, refunds aren’t generally offered. If there’s ever an issue with your order, please reach out so we can make it right.
Are Cookie Club cookies nut-free?
No. Crafty Cookiers cookies are not made in a nut-free facility. Ingredient information is available on the applicable product pages.
How far do you deliver Cookie Club boxes locally?
Local delivery is available within Saugeen Shores. For addresses outside the local delivery area, Ontario-wide shipping is also available.
Can I purchase Cookie Club just once instead of subscribing?
Yes. You can choose a one-time Cookie Club box at the regular price or subscribe monthly for subscriber pricing.
What sizes are available?
Choose a Half Dozen with 6 cookies or a Full Dozen with 12 cookies.
What comes in each Cookie Club box?
Each month features a new seasonal collection and rotating flavour. Boxes also include a QR card from Alicia with the story behind the month’s designs and flavour, a behind-the-scenes look at Crafty Cookiers, and a personal bakery update.
Can I add extras to my Cookie Club order?
Depending on the month, optional add-ons may include themed PYO cookies, personalized cookies, mini snack packs, or other limited extras.

Do you offer tips for painting PYO cookies?
Yes! Crafty Cookiers shares helpful guides and inspiration on Instagram to make painting your cookies easy and fun for beginners and experienced decorators alike.
Do you offer cookie decorating tutorials or classes?
Yes. You can find cookie decorating tutorials on the Crafty Cookiers YouTube channel, or book a customized in-person decorating class for parties, events, girls’ nights, and more.
